Well, it's pretty obvious that Yaroslavl doesn't have a single affordable hotel with modern facilities. A simple clean room for two with two double beds, a shower, an A/C, and a TV for, let's say, 60 euro. That would be comparable to Europe. Considering that the income in Russia in general and in Yaroslavl in particular is much less than in Europe, it should cost even less than that.

Do you really think that eng speaking tourists visit Yaroslavl? Maybe Germans, French, Italian, Japanese, but not from England and US.

Why should it matter? After all, when traveling all over Europe I did not have to use local languages. I don't know them anyway. English was pretty much enough for everything I needed. Most travelers speak at least some of it and that should be sufficient for most purposes.

excuse me, but where can you find a room for 60 eur in Europe?
I wasn't in the hotel cheaper than 100 eur. especialy if you are talking about double or twin room.

Just search the internet. That's all I do when I go there. The only time I had to pay 100 euro was a few years ago when on Friday night I ended up in a small town in South France and everything was closed already, so I had to find a room right there.

I can't tell about Europe but single room in Monte Carlo hotel in Las Vegas costs 60$ per night.

It's cheeper to rent a flat than hotel room. 1200-1500 RUR / per night.
